Fee Policy
All fees paid by exhibitors for booth space, sponsorships, advertising, and related services are considered final.
Exhibitor Cancellation
Should an exhibitor decide to cancel their participation, the fees paid will remain intact regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Event Modifications
Clea Dental SMC-Pvt Limited reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the event schedule, location, or format. Fees paid will remain unaffected by these changes.
Event Rescheduling
In the unlikely event that the Pakistan Dental Expo 2024 is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, Clea Dental SMC-Pvt Limited will endeavor to reschedule the event. Fees paid may be applied to the rescheduled event.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Clea Dental SMC-Pvt Limited is not responsible for any adjustments or compensation due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or any other events beyond our control.
